  • Pricing Starts at $279 for:

    Up to 25 window panes inside and out OR up to 40 window panes OUTSIDE ONLY, additional $10 per pane for 25+ panes

    ALL WINDOW CLEANS INCLUDE:

    1. Windows cleaned inside & out (Outside only cleaning also available)

    2. Screens are washed using soap and water

    3. Window tracks are vacuumed and wiped clean

    4. Frames and sills wiped clean

    All window cleaners ALWAYS wear shoe covers or take off their shoes inside your home. In addition, we utilize drop cloths to ensure zero dirty water drops on your floors, carpet, and furniture.

  • We replace mesh, frames, and corners of broken or worn out screens. We do offer several different screen material options.

    • Standard Screen Mesh Replacement: $15-$35 per screen depending on size

    • Frame & Screen Mesh Replacement: $50-$85 per screen

    • Screen Door Mesh Replacement: $45-$65

  • We clean out all debris from gutters using scoops or a leaf blower. Then, we flush all downspouts with a hose. We do not clean out French Drains.

    • Prices start at $99 for a cleaning. Prices vary depending on size and condition. Contact us today for an Estimate!

  • We offer house, concrete/walkway, and deck washing. For house and deck washes, we stick to an ecofriendly soap and low pressure washes. This is to ensure we do not damage any siding or wood. For concrete or brick, we use a 3400 PSI pressure wand as well as a flat surface cleaner to blast the dirt out.

    • House Wash & Flat Surface Cleaning: pricing starts at $199

  • We only use top quality commercial grade holiday lights for all of our installations. Custom-Fit holiday lights to perfectly match your roofline in whatever design you would like! In addition, we have several colors to choose from.

    • White, Amber, Green, Red, Purple, Orange, Blue are our most popular colors. We can order other C7 bulbs upon request

    Once your lights have been custom fit to your home, we come back at the end of the holiday season to uninstall the lights.

Please choose a two hour window that works best for you. Due to the nature of our job, some jobs can take longer or shorter than expected. Please expect us to arrive within the two hour window that you choose. Upon arrival, we will take a look at the scope of work and get you an exact price for your service. If you're happy with the price, we can go ahead and get started immediately or schedule the job for another day! If for whatever reason we are unable to make it on time to your appointment, we will give you a call as soon as possible.

My story

My name is Ben Salvo and I am the owner and operator of Salvo Cleaning Services. I am a native Coloradan, born and raised in Broomfield. I began my window cleaning journey when I was 18 years old, working for a local company while preparing to attend CU Boulder. During my freshman year of college, I opened my first window cleaning company called 303 Window Washing and gained tons of experience cleaning all types residential and commercial windows in addition to pursuing my degree in Finance and Real Estate. After college graduation in 2022, I decided to stop my cleaning business and get a corporate office job in my degree. But after spending over a year sitting 40 hours a week at a desk, I finally accepted that I was not built for the office life.

In August 2023, I decided to take a leap of faith, say goodbye to my life in the office, and start re-building my own small business for good. My true passion lies in working outside in the beautiful Colorado nature, meeting amazing people who’ve lived in my community my entire life, and making my neighbors homes look stunning. I truly look forward to meeting you and making your windows shine!
